PC app error - "The ordinal 9 could not be located..."

If the Memory-Map app crashes with the message "The ordinal 9 could not be located..." this could mean you are using an older version of Memory-Map.

Please install the latest version from our web page, http://memory-map.com/Mapping_Software_Downloads.html

If you have installed the latest version and the problem still persists, then you may have some files left over from an old installation. To fix this, first Uninstall Memory-Map 6 (Start, Settings, Apps and Features....), then re-install the latest version.

When prompted, change the installation folder to a different name. Eg, change
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Memory-Map\Navigator-6\
to
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Memory-Map\Navigator-6-new\

Also select the install for Everyone who uses this computer, do not select "Just me".

This will ensure there are no left-over files in the installation folder (You could, alternatively, just delete the Navigator-6 folder before reinstalling).
